Sizing

I make "real clothes, for real women" and my sizing and styles reflect this.
I have two ranges of sizes depending on the style, using UK sizing.

Specific measurements and available sizes are on the individual items, so you can make an informed decision.

The larger size range is mostly made with two panels on both the Front and Back, due to the width constraints of the domestic knitting machine, and is so flattering too!

AVERAGE SIZES

S - small 10-12    /   M - medium 12-14   /   L - large 14-16   /   XL - X-large 16-18

CHILDREN'S SIZES

From 0-12 years old.

As on the descriptions. They vary as to the style and

are sized by approximate age as well as measurements.

Tips for an accurate measurement

1. DRESS LENGTH

Measure from your ankle, mid calf or knee to your shoulder.

2. SKIRT LENGTH

Measure from your ankle, mid calf or knee to your waist.

3. SLEEVE

Measure from the shoulder, down to the elbow or cuff edge for different length sleeves. (tip: Bend your elbow and place your hand on your hip, then measure)

4. NECK

Measure around the neck - snugly but not too tight - to determine collar size.

5. FULL BUST

Make sure you are wearing a good-fitting bra and measure over the fullest part of the bust.

6. WAIST

This is the measurement around the smallest part of your waist. (tip: Wrap the tape around around first to find your natural waist, then measure.)

7. HIPS

This measurement must be taken around the fullest part of the hips, between the waist and legs.)

8. HEAD

This measurement must be taken around your head, positioned mid-forehead and just above the ears.
