All prices contained on this site are a guide to retail prices. All pieces are individually made and therefore subject to availability.
Shipping + Handling Policy:
If I have your order in stock, I aim to send it off to you within 2-5 working days.
Should your order need to be knitted up for you (or part of it) this may take up to 3 weeks, unless you need it urgently.
Delivery charges - UK - FREE SHIPPING
Delivery charges - International - £20, or FREE SHIPPING on all orders over £300.
Returns Policy:
For goods bought in the shop, I offer an exchange or credit note for items returned preferably within 28 days.
For mail order, I offer a full refund on goods returned, postage at your expense, (unworn and unwashed) within 21 days, or a credit note if returned within 28 days.

in advance with full details of any returns - the item and the reason for the return, and I will send you the address to send it to
